Pick Up & Delivery Service

There are two ways you can have your blinds cleaned:

Drop Off service is for those customers who feel comfortable taking down the blinds and re-installing them. Just drop off the blinds at our store located at 44 Troy St. in Fall River and the blinds will be ready for pick up in a day or two.

Pick Up & Delivery service is for those customers who would prefer to have our certified installers come to their home to remove the blinds, take them back to our shop for cleaning and then returning to the home for re-installation within a day or two.

Out of our normal service area? No problem...

Follow these instructions & ship the blinds to us:

  1. Carefully remove the blinds and raise them so they stack as tightly as possible.

  2. Wrap all blinds in bubble wrap. Do NOT pack with peanut packing material {the "crumbs" can get in the working parts.}

  3. Place all wrapped blinds and your contact information in a secure, sturdy box. If you do not have an appropriate box, visit a UPS or FedEx store and they can assist you.

  4. Be sure to you insure the blinds for shipping damage and ship them to:

  1. Once the blinds arrive, we will inspect them and clean them. If there are any issues or things we note for repair, we will call or e-mail you first.

  2. We will ship the blinds back to you, sparkling clean, within 48 hours via UPS.

  3. Standard "drop-off" cleaning charges will apply plus return freight charges.
